Reporting to the Submissions Manager, you will join our busy tender team based in our Wangara office and support our team and projects with the preparation of tender submissions. You will be engaged to:

- Review of tender request documentation to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and followed
- Coordination, development and compilation of tender submissions, EOI’s and proposals from start to finish.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate and compliant.
- Liaise with various departments across the business for the collation of information required for submission.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements and follow internal quality guidelines.
- Confidently and clearly communicate with our internal and external
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively with the greater team to produce high level, compliant submissions
- Assist with the updating and formatting of curriculum vitae

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level professional communication skills - written & verbal
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Possess knowledge of construction tenders
- Ability to demonstrate tender, bid or construction project administration experience is preferred
- Intermediate and Advanced MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Ability to work as part of a strong cohesive team and autonomously
- Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
