Your mission is to coach and inspire them to deliver extraordinary customer service, achieve impressive sales, and surpass our performance targets.

As a brand ambassador, you'll be the guardian of immaculate Visual Merchandising and team presentation standards. Leading by example, you'll foster a team of service experts, shaping them into the best versions of themselves.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven ability in consistently driving and achieving top line sales
- A charismatic leader with a focus on team culture
- Passionate about things Tigerlily
- Incredible customer service and selling skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Hands-on experience from the stock room to the shop floor

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver individual sales and KPI performance above company benchmark by driving exceptional customer service
- Review sales and KPIs on a daily basis to provide targeted strategies
- Ensure individual and store sales targets are met to maximise profitability
- Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards, including personal and team presentation, to enhance customer experience
- Provide targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
- Motivate and inspire the team, providing recognition of high performance and monitoring team morale.
