**About the Role**

We are seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to join our Northern Territory team in Darwin or Alice Springs. The Therapeutic Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the functions within the Intensive Therapeutic Care programs undertaken by Life Without Barriers.

As a Therapeutic Specialist you will provide therapeutic support and intervention development for Children & Young People in our care who have backgrounds of complex trauma, abuse and/or neglect, and in some cases physical and/or psychosocial disabilities requiring support. You will also deliver specialist support to our care teams through practice support and leading reflective practice sessions.

**Please Note**: We are advertising two positions, one permanent full-time position and one 12 month maximum term full-time contract. Either position can be based in Darwin or Alice Springs.
