Foreman/woman

Sudiro Constructions is seeking a skilled Foreman to join our commercial building team in North West Sydney.

If you have a strong background in carpentry, a strong understanding of the building industry standards and a commitment to quality then we encourage you to apply.

**The Role Requirements**
- Attend site and communicate with the Client, Building Users, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
- Order materials
- Book in Sub-Contractors
- Manage site safety
- Keep site documentation organised
- Work with internal Staff to document variations
- Deliver projects to the set scope of works including company targets for quality, time and budget
- Meet the project deadline

To be successful in this role you will need to have Carpentry / Building trade background, excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have the ability to run multiple projects and to use technology including Microsoft Office & Outlook, job management systems and electronic devices. Local Government project experience is a bonus.

- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid NSW Drivers Lic.

Note: We do no residential building project work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
