This vacancy is for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Working in a team of 3, and reporting to the finance manager, your day to day duties will vary, but as a snapshot will look something like this;
- Undertake the accounts payable function including processing invoices for payment, managing purchase orders, processing staff reimbursements, processing weekly payment runs,
- Undertake the accounts receivable function including raising sundry debtor invoices, receipting payments through bank feeds, debt recovery and issuing statements
- Assist with client Trust Statements and reconciliation of trust accounts.
- Complete monthly reconciliations of multiple bank accounts, petty cash and corporate credit card
- Assist with month end closure processes, including, debtors, creditors and general ledger reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation of monthly and ad hoc financial reports
- Support the business to meet its internal and external reporting requirements
- Maintain records in accordance with the relevant standards, legislation, agreements and acts
- Assist with the processing of the fortnightly payroll
- Assist with interim and annual audits

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in an accounts environment spanning at least two years.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
