- create safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans
- engage with the school community within and beyond the classroom to empower students to create a better world, using their education
- establish positive relationships including engagement in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development
- use state of the art technology to contextualise and expand students’ modes and breadth of learning.

You will receive regular support from visiting Education Officers, our curriculum experts who will help you advance your pedagogy and assist you in developing resources, differentiating learning and implementing high impact teaching strategies. You will also be given the opportunity to attend targeted professional development hosted by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.
