**About the Role**:
Bringing your passion for Deli and the supermarket to the role, you will deliver a training program to Coles Deli team members in supermarkets across NSW, to deepen the knowledge of team members across the Deli focusing on small goods, continental meats and sliced meat products.

In direct partnership with our key customer Coles, you will be relied upon to deliver an exceptional training experience with Deli team members and provide ongoing mentoring and feedback on training progress, supporting them to achieve learning goals. You will work shoulder to shoulder with Coles Deli team, training them on best in class execution, customer service, product knowledge and be a trusted advisor on all things Deli.

**About You**:

- Prior Deli experience either as an independent operator or in a supermarket setting
- Prior experience in training and development within a retail/supermarket setting highly desirable
- Understanding of great customer service
- Understanding of small goods, continental meats & sliced meat products and their quality credentials highly desirable
- Understanding of operating in food safe environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Must be able to work without supervision set & keep to clear goals and timeline plans; evaluate plans and tasks to ensure quality completion.
- Be flexible to accommodate schedule changes, limitations, or new stakeholder requirements.
- Must have a current car driver’s license as will be required to undertake frequent motor vehicle travel and/or air travel.
