As a Junior Videographer at Guzman y Gomez, you will be an essential part of our in-house creative team responsible for producing video content that highlights our brand's essence, our passionate team members, our mouthwatering food, and our vibrant culture. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from capturing the excitement of our restaurant kitchens to showcasing our community initiatives and everything in between.

**What to expect in the role**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with our brand identity.
- Capture high-quality video footage and still images of our restaurants, food, team members, and events.
- Edit, color correct, and assemble video footage into engaging, compelling, and on-brand content.
- Participate in pre-production and post-production processes, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and sound design.
- Assist with the organization and management of video equipment and studio resources.
- Maintain and improve video and sound quality, lighting, and composition in all video content.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our videos are relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure content meets their specific needs and requirements.

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A strong portfolio of previous video work, including editing and shooting.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of video equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Flexibility to adapt to different styles and content needs.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a desire to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
