This is an exciting opportunity for a special individual to join an innovative and dynamic agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional real estate service to clients. The team consists of dedicated Real Estate professionals who intimately understand the property business and produce nothing but the highest standards of service for their vendors, purchases, landlords, and tenants.

Based in the heart of Campbelltown, this critical role within our sales team is Monday to Friday, standard work hours.

**Main tasks include**:

- Work closely with Client Services.
- Assisting in creating outstanding marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Answering online enquiries or directing to relevant agent.
- Social media and online posting of new properties, events, achievements, anniversaries etc.
- Auction and other event assistance and coordination.
- Liaising with various professionals such as photographers.
- 3D Matterport scanning - visiting properties to execute the scan - follow up work on the platform and with agents before posting online (will be trained).
- Executing some digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Preparing essential documents such listing books and other materials as directed.
- Crafting engaging case studies for agent presentations.
- Coordinating and ordering various items required by the sales team.
- Updating company website as required.
- Providing crucial administrative support.
- Assisting the sales department with various tasks.

**Essential criteria**:

- A strong interest in the property industry.
- Excellent proven administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Adaptive to different technology - love to learn with changing technology.
- Experience with database systems.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Flexible to a changing work environment with excellent time management and organisation.
- Love working as part of a team, but also able to focus and achieve individual outcomes.
- An enthusiastic and excited approach.

**Highly regarded but not essential**:

- Experience in Photoshop and Indesign.
- Previous real estate administration experience
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
