- Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm
- $34.60 per hour casual rate
- Minchinbury location
- Energetic and dynamic team
- Previous experience working within administrative roles
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide quality administration support to the business
- Previous experience in receiving and dispatch
- Provide professional customer service
- Finalising end of day daily drivers runs for Integrated Services
- General clerical and data entry skills a must
- Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
- Maintain the HSEQ Systems and assist with internal and external audits
- Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner

**Required Skills/Qualification**
- Customer Service
- Receiving or dispatch experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- IT Literacy
- Administration Experience
- Microsoft Office
