**eCommerce Coordinator**

My client is an importer and distributor of high-quality, well-loved niche electronic products for the Australasian region. Their extensive range and accessories seat them at the top of the market in their space. They are looking for an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to further develop their online sales channels.

**About the role**:

- Maintain ecommerce activities, including product research and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the Company’s social media accounts, including advertising, content, customer enquiries, ensuring brand guidelines are maintained and a consistent campaign is achieved.
- Develop and execute effective EDM campaigns and flows to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the external Marketing Consultants to implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and attract qualified traffic.

**About you**:

- 1-2 + years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of BigCommerce, WordPress and Drip would be ideal
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and user behaviours.
- Creative mindset, and experience with design software, ie. Canva, Photoshop etc.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and ability to deliver on deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- You will enjoy a team environment with the ability to work autonomously, you will be self-motivated and proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.
