**The team & opportunity**:
Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that has been awarded a 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, renewals program works for the City of Gold Coast.
We are seeking a **Zero Harm Lead **to join our dynamic team based at Arundel. You will play a pivotal role in our mission by guiding and mentoring a team of Zero Harm Advisors. As safety professionals, you will assist in the safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater related projects across the Gold Coast.
You will cultivate exceptional leadership abilities, embrace collaboration, and maintain a positive outlook, all of which will allow you to effectively lead a team of Zero Harm Advisors.
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS or a related discipline.
- Cert IV Trainer & Assessor (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within a collaborative partnership environment or utilities industry.
- Willingness to develop and influence the outlook on safety ensuring it is at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- A focus on process improvement and a commitment to promoting/driving a safety culture.
