**The Company**

Our client is an Australian owned Medical Technology Company with multiple divisions across Australia and New Zealand. This role is under the Gynaecology Portfolio and includes a number of well-respected products. They pride themselves on delivering the highest level of customer service and clinical support to all stakeholders. Their workplace is fun, dynamic and supportive.

**About the Role**
- Work closely with the local Regional Manager and Product Manager to promote and support the adoption of the Gynaecology capital and consumable portfolio across NSW North including the regional areas
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the relevant accounts, this will include Nurse Unit Managers, Surgical Registrars, Gynaecologists and other key decision makers in the surgical environment
- Promote & Educate customers on the product portfolio whilst creating a strategy for achieving sales targets
- Provide in theatre support to surgeons and their teams
- Maintain and utilise CRM database (Salesforce) to maintain contacts and develop business plans for forecasting

**The Successful Applicant**
- Hospital sales experience is a must, ideally in surgical sales
- Bachelor's degree preferably in life sciences
- Dynamic, motivated and passionate about sales and making and impact to the business and patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to build to develop close customer relationships
- Positive team player
