**The Role**

Reporting to the Gymnastics Coordinator, the **Gymnastic Coach **will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback.

- An understanding of the value of physical literacy and the need to be active through gymnastics activities
- Intermediate/Advanced/ Beginner - Gymnastics Coach Accreditation
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Working with Children Check
- A wiliness to undertake a Police Check clearance upon on-boarding

**The Company**

BK facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for ‘Learn to Move’ programs and swim centres for ‘Learn to Swim’ programs. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old, but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.

The Gymnastics programs will provide the foundation of this physical literacy and, with a customised facility model and authentic gymnastics programs including Little Stars - Educational Gymnastics, Gym Fundamentals, Club Gym and All Star Academy Competitive - Artistic gymnastics.
