Dogs in Town Receptionist

Full time position/Casual, Part time/Full time

We are looking for a reliable full-time/part time Retail Dog Receptionist to provide excellent customer service according to the many services we provide for the dogs’s needs.

Dog Receptionist with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and like home in our store will stand out. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues are the successful in this role.

To be successful as a dog receptionist, you must be able to have great communicate with our clients. Ultimately, a high-performance dog walker will honor clients' special requests and ensure that all dogs are treated with love, respect, and care.

Retail Reception Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (products, services, pricing..)
- Support DIT social media with videos, stories and new ideas.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Dogs daily report and direct communication and feedback of the dogs to their owners

*Computer skills (learning our schedules and sales system)

*Cleaning and organization of retail area and common areas in the facility.

*Grooming notes and discuss haircut styles with clients
- Take all necessary precautions to ensure that dogs and those around them are safe.
- Provide regular updates to customers, including sharing photos, videos, and staying.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early morning, evening and weekends.

At least Intermediate English level requiered and rights to work in Australia for more than 6 months.
