About the Role

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisors, the Cleaner is responsible for:

- To perform duties associated with the maintaining a clean work environment;
- To clean and maintain the physical appearance of work areas and offices to a high standard including the removal of rubbish;
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas including bathrooms (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting as required and instructed);
- To clean or assist Laundry Workers with the cleaning of equipment;
- The safe handling and appropriate storage of cleaning related chemicals;
- Maintain and order chemicals, supplies and equipment as required;
- Sanitising surfaces in line with protocols for preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
- Providing and maintaining a safe work environment for all people.

- Desirable qualifications_
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not necessary. Training will be provided.

A Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card with NDIS Worker Clearance is an essential requirement of this position. A pre-employment medical will also be required prior to commencement as this is a _manual _position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $45.38 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 48 per week
