- Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Assistant Director, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation and budgetary performance. Manage administrative support processes, including the ongoing development and implementation of business plans that identify strategies for achieving cost effective and efficient services. Support the Assistant Director with the overall management of State-wide Operations and Capability projects and priorities along with the management of the business units administrative team.**Hours per fortnight**:
73.5 hours per fortnight

**Duties**:
Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Assistant Director, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation and budgetary performance. Manage administrative support processes, including the ongoing development and implementation of business plans that identify strategies for achieving cost effective and efficient services.

Support the Assistant Director with the overall management of State-wide Operations and Capability projects and priorities along with the management of the business units administrative team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- False alarm raising.

**Desirable Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to business management, financial management or Human Resources are desirable.
