Cctv Technician

With the experience of maintaining more than 36,000 kilometres of road in Australia, DM Roads understands the cycle of planning, delivery and review of maintenance and improvement works. DM Roads provides pavement rehabilitation, sealing and paving solutions to deliver end-to-end value in the management of road networks.

We are looking for a skilled **CCTV Technician or Electrician **to join our high performing Maintenance Team in Walkley Heights, SA. You will lead maintenance, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning of the very latest CCTV and Thermal imaging technologies for DMRoads, across the fleet of 1000+ cameras we maintain across the road network owned by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport.

The role is highly diverse, interacting with multiple internal and stakeholders (subcontractors and suppliers, client liaison, electrical and civil work crews). The role is also responsible for rollout of replacement and new imaging assets across the road network.

**What you’ll bring**
- You will hold a SA Electrical Licence or CCTV (security agent) qualification
- Experience in deploying and maintaining CCTV systems, while experience deploying and maintaining thermal systems is desirable.
- Experience in ITS and/or electronic communication is desirable
- Experience fault-finding faulty/damaged/failed equipment is essential
- Experience working in road / traffic environments is desirable
- Ability to prepare financial estimates and track budgets is desirable
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and the Client
- Confidence working as part of a team and independently as required
- Commitment to the environment, quality and safety
