We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D Specialist to join our Support Office in Silverwater.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Team & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end design and implementation of an onboarding, induction and organisational development program for the business.

The role will be responsible for:

- conducting a Training Needs Analysis to identify the organisations skills and training requirements.
- managing the delivering of L&D activities which includes compliance training, induction, e-learning modules and other training as required.
- creating, implementing, and managing function-based induction and training programs, including the development of quality learning support materials.
- developing and facilitating relevant "in-house" training sessions/programs that are engaging and informative.

As the L&D Consultant, you will be a hybrid of Instructional Designer and L&D Consultant with demonstrated experience that in developing programs that supports culture so all team members can contribute to our business by maximising morale, productivity and profitability.

**What can you expect?**
- Consult and advise the business on a suitable LMS implementation.
- Conduct a TNA to understand the areas of focus for the business.
- Supporting the end-to-end employee experience through Learning & Development.
- Develop, implement and deliver learning programs within the business.
- Develop initiatives for team members that are meaningful and cost effective.
- Work with all departments to maximise team culture engagement, morale and motivation in line with the Plumbers Co-op way.
- Review and follow up with new team members.

**About you**
- Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in an L&D role, encompassing responsibility for design and delivery of learning activities.
- Previous experience working with numerous Learning Management Systems and programs to create L&D content.
- Strong analytical skills to assess both business needs and monitor training effectiveness.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
