Are you a seasoned Test Manager with a passion for championing the best practices in testing methodologies and frameworks? Are you adept at delivering testing outcomes that meet project requirements, especially in the realm of Data and API technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to excel in the role of Test Manager within our Data Testing and Assurance Chapter. You will be passionate about building robust and innovative data assets, working in conjunction with leading world-class external and internal data engineering experts and contributing to continuously improve our ways of working.

**What you'll do**
- Provide testing leadership and take ownership of delivering testing outcomes to meet project technology and functional needs
- Lead multiple testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations
- Define Test Strategy and approaches for Data and API projects, including environment and data requirements
- Collaborate with external testing service providers to facilitate test function delivery
- Oversee assurance activities for test deliverables, including estimating, scheduling, planning, defect management and reporting
- Drive test automation implementation aligned with standard tools, enhancing existing toolsets
- Manage and influence key testing stakeholders and sponsors, fostering excellence and efficiency
- Promote and instil industry best practices, improvements, and innovation in the domain

***What you'll bring**
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager in Data and API projects
- A strong background working in an agile delivery environment
- Highly developed skills in defining test strategies and approaches for projects of varying complexity
- Expertise in ETL testing, SQL, and API test processes
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing ETL and API tests
- Proficiency in managing testing outcomes using API automation frameworks like Cucumber and BDD
- Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Tableau and Cognos
- Understanding of Springboot framework, Java development IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ
- Experience with Continuous Integration using Jenkins for test automation suites
- Strong grasp of system configuration, integration, and testing
- Familiarity with version control software like GIT, Bitbucket, and SourceTree
- Comfort working with SQL and databases
