Claims Administrator

We are looking for someone who has experience with a trade based business or Insurance claim management to join our growing team.
The role will suit you if you can meet the below criteria:
- Well organised
- Past experience with construction, home/building insurance or a trade based business
- Superior Word and Excel skills
- A natural self-starter demonstrating initiative and commitment to seeing things through to completion
- Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A keen focus on delivering value and solving problems
- Excellent attention to detail and able to exceed expectations
- passionate about personal development.
Duties will include:
- Managing claims from lodgement through to a repair stage
- Grow and maintain ongoing relationships with our key stakeholders
- Primarily Focus on one main Client but have ability to assist other team members as required.
- Job completion in preparation for invoicing
- Record Management
You will be challenged and rewarded for being a committed and hardworking individual and Team member..
Remuneration will be based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northgate Q, LD 4013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
