Advantage Air is an Australian company that have been manufacturing our smart home products MyAir and MyPlace in Australia since our beginnings in 1990. Our innovation, design, manufacturing, and distribution is done in Australia, and we are proud to be Australian made and owned.

For the trainee manager role, we have all the training you need in house, no prior experience in management is required. Whether you’re a student, undergraduate or postgraduate, experienced or not experienced, if you want to join a team of like-minded high achievers, we want to get to know you.

Our onboarding ‘bootcamp’ will give you an insight into all facets of the business, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple divisions to highlight particular areas of interest for you. You’ll get a deeper understanding of who we are as a company, and the inclusive culture we have here.

No two days are ever the same at Advantage Air, but here’s a look into some of the roles and responsibilities you’ll be undertaking:
Ø Managing our manufacturing and assembly departments.

Ø Monthly stock take responsibilities.

Ø Spending time with our team of warranty technicians, fault-finding and solving problems for our customers.

Ø Data processing and customer ordering management.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- CASTLE HILL, NSW 2154 (preferred)
