Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking counter balance forklift operators to join their client located in Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Positions are for an immediate start with availability on day shift.

This client is a major FMCG business of well-known non-alcoholic beverages such as Pepsi Max, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Ribena, Up&go and many more. They are looking for reliable staff that are hard working and wanting weekly consistent work.

This position will involve operating a counter-balance. This is a special counter-balance forklift called Slip Sheeter. It has an attachment on the front so that the operator can drag the pallet out of the container using a special attachment that grabs the plastic sheet and they can then slide the drinks towards them see link of a slip sheet forklift.

Otherwise they are also recruiting an experienced counter-balance forklift driving with experience loading and unloading trucks. This position will also involve picking, dispatch, labouring and other general warehouse duties.

This client requires a forklift operator who has 1.5 years (18 months) forklift experience and is confident in a warehouse environment.
