**Summary**:
Opportunity to join the QGC service team as a Service Coordinator to provide operational support.

**Principle Responsibilities and Duties**:

- _ Provide support to the QGC service teams_
- Raise and issue Extension of Time (EOT’s) and Variations
- _ Updating of registers_
- Liaise with the branches to ensure equipment is made available on site to meet contract requirements
- Complete Monthly reporting
- Attend schedule review meetings

**Qualifications**:

- SAP experience is desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

**Physical Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Provide high level customer service to customers and fellow employees
- Perform well under pressure whilst meeting specific deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work Independently and in a team environment
