**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The Workforce Systems and Support Officer is responsible for working collaboratively with the Workforce Systems and Support team for the monitoring and support of the RosterOn system through the Mercy Health Aged Care and Health Services rostering framework. In addition, this position provides support to all facilities to develop best practice in rostering and workforce management activities.

- Full Time Ongoing position
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders as well as a wide range of internal and external clients.
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day triaging of the RosterOn support inbox.
- Provide timely and effective support to all RosterOn users.
- Provide efficient and effective data analysis and reporting as requested.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy
- High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning and workforce management.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite skills
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in Aged Care and/or Health Services environment (desirable but not essential)
