**About the Role**:
In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our client. You will be responsible for assisting her with various daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks. Additionally, you will have the rewarding opportunity to engage her in social and community activities, promoting her well-being and ensuring she remains an active participant in her community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Plan and accompany the client to social outings, appointments, and community events.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for the client.
- Monitor and assist with medication management as per instructions.
- Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in elderly care or a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards the elderly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and organise engaging social and community activities.
- Respect for client's privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences.
- Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled shifts.
- Must have Cert 3/ mental Health experience
- At least 1-2 yers experience
- Must speak fluent English
