Reporting to the College Board, this is an exciting time for an outstanding educational leader to embrace and further enhance the strong pillars of a Christ-centred learning environment. Responsible for the provision of pedagogical, pastoral, operational, spiritual and financial leadership within the College, the new Principal will be a committed Christian with a desire to embrace and draw upon the rich tradition of Lutheran spirituality.

A role model for staff and students, the successful applicant will also demonstrate the energy, engagement and capacity to seek excellence whilst motivating, inspiring and giving witness to a faith and mission valued by all members of the College community.
