**About the role**

Do you like working outdoors? Are you a night owl? Are you a communications superstar? Is making a positive difference for the community what motivates you?

If so, opportunities have become available to become a part of an additional Parking Compliance team, rostered in the evenings between 12:00 Midday and 9:00pm. There is the opportunity for overtime on weekdays and weekends, however it will not be regularly rostered.

Training for this role will take place over an 8-week period and will require the applicant to be rostered varied hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

The Parking Compliance Team is based at the Dandenong Civic Centre, however the role covers the entire municipality.

What does the Parking Compliance team do?
- Enforce parking restrictions under the Road Safety Act & Regulations
- Respond to and investigate reports of illegal parking
- Educate the community on parking related matters
- Conduct regular patrol records
- Assist with the monitoring of Councils school crossings

**About you**

If this role sounds like it could be for you, previous experience in a customer service role and a good knowledge of Part 12 of the Victorian Road Rules will be an advantage but is not essential.
