We have a new opportunity for a IT Analyst to join our team. This is your opportunity to enhance and work alongside our growing and high-performing Digital Services Team.

The role will involve significant interaction with over 170 contaminated land, geosciences and engineering professionals to support and coordinate IT strategy and solutions throughout the company.

**So, what will you do?**

The IT Anslyst is responsible for providing exceptional leadership and drive, with the ability to;
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues and requests using Connectwise and other tools
- Manage and update IT assets, software, and licenses
- Perform IT cost recovery and budgeting tasks
- Review and update IT policies and procedures using Sharepoint
- Prepare and present IT monthly reports using PowerBI and supporting documentation
- Coordinate and effectively manage third party managed service providers and other external IT service providers
- Implement and maintain IT security and compliance standards aligned with ISO 27001
- Research and recommend IT solutions and best practices
- Manage and maintain our physical IT hardware, including our server infrastructure, remote desktops, and AV equipment in meeting rooms
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions

**Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team.**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support, or similar role
- Proficient in Connectwise, SharePoint, o365 and the
- Proficient in scoping and developing Power Platform solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps. PowerBI).
- Knowledgeable in IT security and compliance standards
- Understanding of best practice data architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
