Currently undergoing significant growth, the company is seeking an experienced Service Management Analyst to join their team.
**Your remit will be broad and will include**:
- Provide leadership on Priority Incidents, including DR and BCP scenarios.
- Manage incidents raised to major incident and problem status
- Work through problem management processes
- Work closely with Service Desk
- Monitoring and awareness of all major incidents and problems
- Support and drive the Problem management processes
**This is an incredible career move and in return you will need to have**:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong ITSM process management skills
- Skills in a structured Incident/Problem/Change environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and functions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- The ability to communicate technical information on a non-technical level
