ARG Workforce is working with a leading civil construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Civil Labourer to join the team in Werribee.

Labouring duties on site include, filling and moving sandbags, working with a lining crew.

**Responsibilities**:

- General labor duties
- Assisting with earthmoving and construction activities
- Ensuring a safe and clean worksite

**Requirements**:

- White Card
- Previous experience in the civil industry
- Any additional civil tickets (e.g., Traffic Control, Roller) would be a bonus, but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability

**Benefits**:

- 50 + hour weeks Monday - Saturday
- Ongoing Work
