**This role is accountable for**:
Development and maintenance of models for the detection of Fraud and Scams
Day-to-day monitoring and management of detection systems to enhance and improve performance
Identify emerging fraud/scams trends and implement mitigating solutions
Work collaboratively across Customer Protection to seek feedback and support the success of other teams
Provided guidance and support to other analysts within Digital Fraud Analytics and the wider Analytics team
Provide comprehensive fraud/scams reporting and insights to senior stakeholders on regular and ad-hoc bases
Engage and influence stakeholders to achieve against Customer Protection strategic goals

**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

**Role Type**: Permanent, Fulltime

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in fraud and/or scams analysis
Advanced technical skills and experience with analytical languages such as SQL, SAS, R Studio/Python, etc.
Strong customer focus and ability to implement solutions to minimise customer impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive banking product and industry knowledge
