Apprentice Machinist

We are currently looking for a Apprentice Machinist to support our growing company working with our operations/production team Designer Doorware is a dedicated to excellence in all aspects of architectural hardware manufacturing and security solutions.

Operating a wide variety of machines in a modern production facility in Altona.
- Lathes
- CNC
- Saws
- Routers

**We require someone who is**:

- Confident in the operation of hand and power tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Be physically fit and able to bend, stoop, repetitive movements etc.
- Have very good attention to detail and enjoy wood work
- Be self-motivated
- Responsive
- Accountable
- Fast learner
- Prompt and efficient
- Team player
- Flexible and adaptable with a great sense of humour
