**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead interior design projects, including conceptual development, space planning, and execution. Inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design objectives, budget, and preferences.
- Develop and present comprehensive design proposals, including 3D renderings, drawings, mood boards, and material samples.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design concepts are executed accurately and timely.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Preferably high end projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit (strong preference), AutoCAD,

SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong creative design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and teams efficiently.
- High emotional intelligence.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is required for consideration.

As an **Interior Designer,** you are responsible for:

- Liaising with clients, providing clients with support throughout the design and planning process, and understanding client feedback to provide innovative solutions.
- Managing all aspects of the interior design projects, from mood boards/initial concepts through to detailed documentation, selection schedules and specifications
- Ensuring you deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Delivering powerful presentations showcasing our spectacular design.

**Salary**: $59,656.45 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
