**The role**:
**Snooze Marsden Park **is looking for a motivational and experienced senior leader who is driven, goal-orientated and passionate about customer service. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience.

The role is a full-time **Store Manager** position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

Immediate start and onsite parking are available

**You already come with the following**:

- Ability to develop your team’s sales skills to ensure KPI’s are met
- Ability to comfortably convey performance reviews to your team
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
- Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is essential
- Previous management experience is essential
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
