ILO Norlane (Under New Leadership)

Located in the Geelong Region - ILO means ‘JOY’ in Finland alongside HEI meaning ‘HELLO’; we bring to you a beautifully designed service that offers a cosy home away form home feel for all; We are seeking talented and passionate educators who are motivated to learning and delivering the Hei way. Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators to join our cosy centre with our existing enthusiastic team - These roles are immediate positions both Full time and Part time basis and will include a thorough induction about our cutting edge Finnish Teaching Program.

ABOUT YOU:

- Have work experience within the early childhood profession
- Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues
- Mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together
- Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
- Current Working with children check
- Having attended food safety basic training
- Having a National Police Check valid within 6 months or willingness to complete

KEY DUTIES:

- Participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs
- Provide support and feedback to the room leaders
- Ensure the children room is clean and safe for children and educators
- Utilize state of the art education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is a child-safe organisation and is committed to ensuring the wellbeing of children and protecting them from harm. **Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
