About the role:
We are looking to build on our existing team with an experienced GIS Specialist to work between design, survey and construction teams leading the design and implementation of requirements into our ArcGIS Online platform for a major telecommunications project. Based in Fortitude Valley, the successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The development of spatial and non-spatial tools in ArcGIS Pro, along with Data Management.- Management of our live ArcGIS Online platform, rolling out data structures and improvements for design, survey and construction teams using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Offline Maps, Survey123.- Generating geospatial data transformations and exports to support the requirements of the business (where required).- Integrating and automating ArcGIS geospatial data into CAD plans.- Building FME workflows to automate reporting and improve data quality.
How you’ll connect to the role:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in GIS system administration, geospatial data maintenance and implementation of geospatial projects.- Specific expertise in the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Offline Maps, Survey123).- Understanding of data security, change management and manage risks of improvements with live field users.- Have proven experience in the execution and design of data integration processes using FME on spatial and non-spatial data.-
