**About the Role**
- Part Time Permanent Position
- Classification: Consumer Service Delivery Level 3 with a salary range of $77,656 - $83,565 per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Toowoomba, QLD 4350
- The HtHPS is a Neami service located in Ipswich. The Toowoomba base team are required to have the capacity to work flexibly from home

**Overview of the position**

The Intake and Assessment Worker will form part of a multidisciplinary mental health team, delivering high quality mental health intake, assessment and referral services for individuals in the region who experience mental health issues and are seeking support. The Intake and Assessment Worker will provide the intake function; receiving initial referrals, undertaking eligibility screening and reviewing referrals to ensure the right level of care is provided. The Intake and Assessment Worker will work as part of a collaborative team approach, supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon their practice and access comprehensive training and supervision.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of mental health assessment and supporting consumers with presenting mental health concerns
- Experience working with client information systems, maintaining accurate documentation and data collection
- A valid Blue Card (Social Workers/Non-AHPRA registered clinicians)
- You must maintain a right to work in Australia, in the position and location of employment during your employment with Neami. You must comply with all terms of any such grant of a right to work in Australia.
