**The Role**:
Joining a high-performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication, and of course, results, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing form 6's and contracts
- Organising photography, building and pest inspections and valuations
- Running marketing campaigns
- Social media management
- Preparation of listing presentation and appraisal proposals
- General administration and support duties
- Database management
- Monday to Friday, no weekends

You will be well-presented, organised, and have excellent administration skills. A current QLD Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license are essential.

- Previous experience in Real Estate industry
- MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
