HOSPITAL COORDINATOR

KNOX PRIVATE HOSPITAL

**Position Responsibilities**

The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational direction of the hospital to compliment the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients.

Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Deputy Director of Nursing and Nurse Unit Managers, you will be accountable and responsible for the effective after-hours management of human, financial and material resources.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in the Acute setting/relevant to position advanced skills
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive role modelling behaviours
- Excellent customer service focus, time management and prioritisation
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment

Located in Wantirna, Knox Private Hospital is a fully accredited tertiary facility providing Emergency Services, Extensive Surgical Specialities, 20 bed ICU/CCU, Medical, and a full range of Cardiac Services including two 24-hour Cardiac Catheter Laboratories. Our theatre complex consists 15 theatres including a Day Procedure Centre, Hybrid Theatre and supports a range of acute specialties including General, Endoscopy, Colorectal, Bariatric & Liver surgery, advanced laparoscopic procedures, Cardiac, Neuro, Orthopaedic, Plastic & Reconstructive surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, Vascular, ENT & Paediatric surgery.
