**About you**

You are an experienced residential services leader or aspiring to become one, with a passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a contemporary understanding of best practice disability support, including a commitment to person-centred active support
- Build strong relationships with residents and their support networks to ensure a collaborative approach to the planning and delivery of supports
- Have demonstrated ability to roster, supervise and coach support workers
- Be open minded and flexible, with the capacity to deal with unexpected or challenging situations
- Proactively drive continuous improvement
- Be available to work a rotational 2-week roster that includes weekends and morning

**You will also require a**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Administration of Medication in the Community Services Sector
