**The Centre**

Our centre in Tullamarine, has a range of exciting, resource-rich environments - including three spacious outdoor yards. The 110-place centre, which has parking and easy access to public transport, features pergola areas, shady trees, vegetable gardens, natural climbing structures and a range of age-specific ateliers.

With a community-minded team of Educators who have been with the centre for a long time, we are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays throughout the year. Children get out and about on regular excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We have a lovely park within walking distance of the centre, so all age groups join in.

**The Opportunity**
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- A contract job with a possibility of being permanent.
- To support breaks this year and early next year.
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care (desirable)
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC employee card for VIC state)
- And a passion for the Childcare industry
