Caboolture, Australia Your Care Hub Full time

Join a diverse team of support workers servicing the Moreton Bay region and surrounds offering superior care and companionship to all our participants. You Care Hub is looking for support workers with experience working with ASD Level 2 and 3, mental health and early childhood. Supports will include social and community access, assistance with daily living, day programs, and respite.

Duties will vary according to the participant's support plan but may include:

- Implementing strategies detailed in positive behaviour support plan
- Assisting people to perform important daily activities
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene tasks
- Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework
- Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping
- Ensuring varied programs of social activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $40.26 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Caboolture QLD: Relocate before starting work (required)
