**About the role**

Looking for a highly capable and self-motivated Administrator to take ownership of this exciting Newly created role The successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment, and will have a high level of attention to detail. Training is provided although some Data entry experience would be desirable.

**Responsibilities**

Playing a key support role within the business, you will be responsible for the management and continual improvement of data integrity. The role will include but not be limited to:

- Data management, analysis, and reporting
- Continuously improve data quality
- Check data integrity and assist with data clean-up
- Update and maintain internal databases
- Run reports
- Respond to queries from fellow employees and provide administrative support to the team as necessary
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required

**Skills / Experience**
- Demonstrated experience with databases and reporting
- CRM knowledge
- Advanced experience in MS Office suite of programs
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work within a high volume environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Good written communication skills
