- 15 period time allowance per week
- POL 3 allowance of $9,346 gross per annum

**The Position**

The IB Coordinator leads and coordinates the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program at the College. The IB Coordinator works collaboratively with teachers to support the design, construction and delivery of learning and teaching within the IB MYP framework that reflects student choice and agency; provides a curriculum that is engaging, purposeful and accessible to all students; and promotes partnerships between school and home.

**ABOUT YOU**

Passionate about curriculum design and delivery, you will posses a strong drive to create positive opportunities for students. Partnering with teaching staff and other positions of leadership, you will help support the Colleges approach to redesigning learning.

**Key Selection Criteria**

Essential:

- Tertiary qualifications in Education with evidence of continuous formal learning in a relevant field.
- Accreditation to Teach RE or Lead in a Catholic School, working towards attainment or preparedness to commence working towards attainment.
- Experience in the delivery of the IB Middle Years Program.
- Highly developed understanding of sustainable positive education practices.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead others.
- Forward thinking and innovative.

Desirable:

- Experience managing projects and resources.
- Experience in a faith-based setting, and capacity to positively advance the College’s mission and Mercy values.
