This is a Permanent Part time **Accounts Assistant **position within an Australian Owned and Operated FMCG organisation. Since being established in 2010, the family morals of hard work, honesty and a passion for people are at the centre of everything they do.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Daily Receipting of payments and bank account reconciliation
- Processing of credit claims
- Evaluate customers to determine if stop trade should be implemented
- Accounts Payable assistance when required
- Processing credit card account reconciliations
- Assist with General Ledger Reconciliation
- Assist with Month End Process
- General accounting and other ad-hoc duties as required
**You will need**:
- Relevant accounting or finance qualification or experience
- Knowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping processes
- Willingness to learn with ambition to grow as the business grows
- 2 - 3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Experience using an ERP system. XERO and MYOB Advance an advantage.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
