**About the Role**

Our G Pavilion Ward has a great opportunity for a Ward Clerk who is flexible, highly organised and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment to join the team

The role of the Ward Clerk is to provide quality customer service in the coordination of the administrative functions to the ward. This role will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team utilising effective communication skills with a team focus.
- Welcome patients and visitors on the ward
- Discharging and transferring patients
- Filing and booking appointments
- General reception duties

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous medical reception/hospital administration experience is desirable.

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$31.49 - $32.84** + superannuation, based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
