Playing a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, measuring marketing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing marketing strategies; your expertise in data analysis and reporting will be instrumental in supporting our performance marketing initiatives, enabling Luxury Escapes to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Management and Visualization - Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users
