Since 2001 our client provides smart, personalised, local and efficient human-friendly IT support and strategic planning services to a large variety of clients including individuals, government offices, not-for-profits, schools and large enterprises. They have offices located in Melbourne and Hobart.

**About the Opportunity**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Complete help desk levels 1, 2 and 3 support
- Provide telephone and face-to-face technical support

**About You**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems and software
- Professional communication abilities and excellent customer service skills
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant qualifications and certificates
