**Your New Role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team for both new and ongoing projects across North, South, and Inner West Sydney Suburbs.

This particular role is focused on the Gosford internal projects and you will be reporting to the Project Manager and working very closely with the directors of the business. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by efficiently managing contracts, costs, and project documentation.

**Your Responsibilities include**:

- Administering and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address contract-related queries and issues
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures
- Conduct regular cost reviews and prepare accurate financial reports
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
- Administer and evaluate variations and claims in collaboration with project teams
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of tenders

**For You to Be Successful**:

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar business
- Familiarity with mid-tier commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and cost control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
